Norway’s Best Visitor Center offers convenient luggae storage in Flåm. Located just outside the Visitor Center in Flåm, just 15 meters from Flåm Station Apartments.

• Pay using your bank card right at the locker site.
• Locker rates range from NOK 150 to 200 per day, depending on the locker size.
• You can use the locker for up to 3 days.

Flåm and Aurland offer spectacular attractions and a wide variety of activities. Our accommodations are centrally located in the villages, meaning it is close by activities and attractions, as well as transportation if needed.

Individual Bookings (1 or 2 units)
Fjord Resort allows changes/cancellations up to 72 hours before arrival, with full refunds before the deadline. No refunds are available for changes or cancellations made after the deadline.

Group Bookings (3 units or more)
3-8 units:

• Free cancellation is permitted until 30 days before arrival.
• Between 30 and 15 days before arrival, 50% payment of the cancelled units is required.
• After 15 days, 100% payment of the cancelled units is required.
• Reduction of 1 unit is allowed free of charge until 72 hours before arrival. Minor changes, such as adjustments to the number of occupants per unit, are also permitted.

9-15 units:

• Free cancellation is permitted until 60 days before arrival.
• Between 60 and 30 days before arrival, 50% payment of the cancelled units is required.
• After 30 days, 100% payment of the cancelled units is required.
• Reduction of 1 unit is allowed free of charge until 72 hours before arrival. Minor changes, such as adjustments to the number of occupants per unit, are also permitted.

Wangen Apartments is centrally located in Aurland village, close to bus stop and where the ferry docks. It’s only a 10 minute drive from Flåm where you may tak the famous Flåm Railway to Oslo/Bergen.

Our accommodations in Aurland and Flåm are conveniently located near the local grocery stores. The Flåm Coop store is open daily (also on Sundays), while the Aurland SPAR store is open Mondays-Saturdays (open Sundays during summer season). We recommend viewing updated opening hours in Google.

Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi in all our accommodations.

All our apartments offer a fully equipped kitchen (Wangen Apartments / Flåm Station Apartments). Aurland Guesthouse offers a shared fully equipped kitchen.

There’s public parking nearby both in Aurland and Flåm. We also offer parking outside Wangen Apartments.

We do allow pets in some apartments for an additional cost. Please contact our booking department for further instructions.

Fjord Resort offers a variety of accommodations in Flåm and Aurland including Wangen Apartments (Aurland), Aurland Guesthouse (Aurland) and Flåm Station Apartments (Flåm).

Fjord Resort offers accommodations both in Aurland and Flåm by the Aurlandsfjord. Wangen Apartments and Aurland Guesthouse are located in Aurland, while Flåm Station Apartments are located in Flåm.
